Can I send you my personal photo to be placed on my invitation?

YES - Simply email us the photo as an "Attachment" before or after placing your order.

Please Note: We are not responsible for the quality of the photo once printed. Your photo will print to the best quality that the photo has to offer.


When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-2 Business Days (Mon - Fri)


What type of paper are the invitations printed on?

All Invitations are printed on high quality 60  Pound Matte Flat Card Photo Paper or 60 Pound Glossy that is equivalent to 10.5 Mil card stock with High Definition Ink for brilliant colors.

The backs of the paper do contain 3 lines of our company information. You can still write on the backs of the invites if you wish as the text will be visible. Let us make your next party one that your guests will remember!!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal or Any credit card.  Sorry, we do not accept orders over the phone. Please order from our Website.


Do you ship internationally?
We are sorry but we do not due to so many lost packages


Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO address since we use the United States Postal Service.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We ship via the United States Postal Service? First Class, unless you need your order in a hurry then you can select "Priority Mail" in the checkout page.

Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-5 day delivery
) from $4.95 - $- depending on the number of invitations is Our Normal Shipping Method.

Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery / $9.95, does not matter how many invitations you order.

How do I track my package?

We will send you your tracking number when your order ships. Simply Click on "Click Here" to check the status of your order.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at invitationsbyTGS@comcast.net and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the name the order was placed under or the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Once in while this will happen, if you do not receive a confirmation email simply let us know and we will confirm your order.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be The Gift Solution or TGS it is the legal name of our company, but we are doing business as Invitations by TGS.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it is canceled before processing or
when you receive your copy for approval.


PLEASE NOTE: Printed invitations are none refundable once printed and shipped due to the fact that they are personalized just for you and cannot be resold.

However if there are any Mistake issues with the invites by US once you receive them, let us know and we will correct the problem and re-ship them to you Free of Charge.
